| CLOSINGS AND DELAYS: "If your county offices close or delay because of bad weather, state offices in your county will too. Effective immediately, state government offices and their employees will follow the same winter weather hazard decisions made by the county government officials where the state office is located. For example, if a county decides to delay opening or closing for local county government offices, that would mean state employees in the impacted county would also delay opening or closing of state government offices."( -from SC Emergency Management Division website.)
